FLEETGUARD WARRANTY

1. Warranty: In the unlikely event that a product defect is detected, the company will repair or replace the defective product free of charge. Equipment should not be voided solely due to the use of the company products.
2. Duration:This warranty extends to 12 months from the date of despatch of the products from the factory or duration of the OEM recommended product service life for the application whichever is earlier. The products under the warranty should be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid, which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to have been thus defective. Filter elements are not warranted after they have been cleaned or serviced in any manner.
3. Limitation: The Company is not responsible for failures resulting from misuse, faulty installation, alteration, neglect or accident. The company is not responsible for downtime, loss of income, living expenses or other incidental or consequential damages and this warranty is the sole warranty made by the company.
4. THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OR OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY CLAIM OR OBLIGATION IN CONNECTION WITH OUR PRODUCTS IS SUBJECT. TO THE JURISDICTION OF COURTS IN PUNE, MAHARASHTRA, INDIA.
